WASSCE Food & Nutrition Practical in Grand Style

Today, our WASSCE candidates successfully carried out their Food and Nutrition practical under the supervision of their teacher, Mrs. Ishola.

The practical focused on the preparation of cocktail dishes in celebration of the 35th anniversary of WAEC.

Our students showcased their creativity and culinary skills with dishes and drinks such as:

🍢 Peppered gizzard
🌭 Sausage in batter
🍖 Beef kebab
🥪 Sandwiches and tuna sandwiches
🍔 Sliders (mini burgers)
🍗 Chicken kebab
🍢 Gizzdodo skewer
🥟 Samosa
🍩 Puff puff
🎂 Vanilla cake and vanilla fruit cake with fruit toppings
🍍 Refreshing pineapple, watermelon, and orange drinks
