KKBA and KKIC Excursion to the John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History

At Kith & Kin Educational Schools, we believe that learning extends beyond the classroom.

As part of our commitment to providing a well-rounded education, students embarked on an enriching excursion to the John Randle Centre for Yoruba Culture and History in Onikan. This visit offered an immersive opportunity to deepen their knowledge and appreciation of Yoruba heritage, culture, and historical narratives.

The experience was both memorable and impactful, as students explored various sections of the centre showcasing the rich tapestry of Yoruba culture. These included exhibits of artifacts, traditional masquerades, elaborate costumes, revered deities, and other significant elements that illustrate the vibrancy of Yoruba history.

This hands-on exposure to cultural preservation and storytelling left a lasting impression, reinforcing the importance of understanding and celebrating cultural roots.
